2cents: According to Consumer Reports (which I read a while ago, so I don’t know if it still holds) cars tend to be higher quality later in the life cycle since they’ve been fine tuning the various capabilities and fixing little mistakes for six years. It might be worse for your street cred to be driving a car that looks just like the ’08, but it might be better value.
