Just control your eating habit and style. decide before your what and how much you wanna eat, cut out cake and bread etc. from your menu for 2-3 weeks (except for shabbos- of course), use splenda or equal instead of sugar, and your extra pounds will disappear in no time.
p.s. some exercise wouldn’t hurt..
