Sharaga, as a current resident of yerushalayim, its clear that many, if not most, of the americans lliving here are more makpid than they would be on kashrus in america. it perfectly convenient and really doesnt require much effort. the hechsherim in question could very well be better than the OU, but on standards here they dont cut it.
