Reply To: Need help with kavana

as i much as i read about strengthing my kavana/tifeela or listen or go to shiurim…when i get up there to daven other things distract me (like getting out of the house and starting my day)…and speed up my davening…it really really bothers me…i need to chance this faulty part of me… pls someone help!! 🙁
