In the first bracha of Shemonah Esrei, think about the translation of each word before you say it. Especially with Hashem’s names. Having kavanah extra kavanah in the first bracha of Shemoneh Esrei goes a long way towards elevating the level of kavanah in the rest of Shemoneh Esrei.
