Reply To: How do those wearing Yerushalmi kippot put on tefillin?

yerushalmi kippot (esp. the breslov type) cover the hairline almost completely. the way ive seen it worn, theres no way tefillin could fit over.

i guess wearing it on shabbat only makes sense.
