Rav Blumenkrantz in his Pesach guide mentions an issue with micro-screen shavers, such as Braun and Remington, that the screen may be sharp enough to cut by itself and be considered a razor. I tested this on 2 15 year old Brauns, and neither screen would cut a thing without the blade. I don’t know if this might have been redesigned since.
