Hashem Wrote the Torah in MANY voices kivyachol.There are times He writes in masculine form, times He writes as feminine (lach, as opposed to lecha), sometimes as the Shem Hameforash, sometimes as Elokim. There is ALWAYS, ALWAYS something to be learned out from His style in a given area. I see no contradiction whatsoever. Anyone who truly believes the Torah could EVER have been written by a human mind however genius that mind might have been, does not know Torah.
