If you live in Alaska, the most pressing issue you would have to deal with, is whether to take a day off from laying Tefillin on Friday? or on Saturday?
As for the other 5 days of the week, clearly just lay Ashkenaz Tefillin:- So much easier to wrap your Tefillin inwards towards yourself.
