I used to go to the most wonderful chiropractor. He truly worked miracles. But he doesn’t believe in doing the kind of techniques that caused popping and cracking. He believes that bursting the nitrogen bubble is not so healthy. He also told me there aren’t very many practitioners of his technique (I don’t know the name of it) in the U.S.
I also went to a PT and didn’t find her to be so helpful. (I hope she doesn’t frequent the CR.)
