Reply To: I don't like eating silver foil

I made a grilled cheese in the toaster with parchment paper. 2 problems.

1. The paper doesn’t fold and stick to the tray like aluminum foil does. It just kind of floats on top.

2. The paper turned brown from using the toast option on the toaster. Does that mean it burnt and that if I were to toast again it can cause a fire?
