Josh31 is correct, and I don’t wish to feel dressed for Shabbbos when going to work or on Sunday Stroll, so will only wear a white shirt on Shabbos, Yom Tov & Simchos.
Please bear in mind, that in olden days, when laundering colored shirts, the dyes would leak and ruin white shirts in the same wash. Withe massive improvement in technology, this is a thing of the past, and color shirt don’t run when being laundered, not even red & black shirts which used to be the 2 most notorious colors. so they remain honorable looking and don’t ruin white shirts being laundered with them.
