I agree that it looks like its from the goyim, but according to them, we jews had the idea first and as usual the goyim are being copy cats. but I saw alot of articles on it, its not a cult, there is no leader, these people just think that is the way women are meant to dress, thats how they are interperting it, they feel more comfortable that way, and who knows????
