It’s claimed to be modern but its really a bais yaakov type – mixed – not everyone that goes there is modern especially not the girl i know is going with her best friend the same year as you to there she wants to marry a kollel guy! I know girls that went there that are married to kollel guys! It has trips ALL THE TIME!!! It has half day learning.They also have a course where they teach you how to give haircuts and do sheitels and so that way when you go home you can make $!
