allsgr8- thats what i do i swim 3 times a week for 30 minutes and the days i dont swim i do the tredmil for 40 minutes. my basals r really low at night now.. i disconnect my pump for 30 min after (and for the time i exercise) ad drink juice before and it’s not helping! i would switch back to the morning but i am starting work again so it doesnt fit into my schedule like that.. and i don’t want to not exercise at all ( i lost almost 10 pounds over the summer….)
