tralala – Actually the difference between me and some others is that I believe in “tough love”. It’s not that difficult to be nice to every patient and let them do what they want. But, are you really helping them? Are you helping them live longer – more healthy lives? Or are you just winning the popularity contest and making lots and lots of money, even though your patients are misreable and have tons of complications/hospitalizations?
You decide which is the right way. I would say a good portion if not most, are the latter.
