if you have a dr. or diabetes educator who is good and also available and reachable, (as long as you test and actually bolus) you should be able to stay above water. he/she will make changes to your numbers as soon as they go haywire.
We used to have someone who was excellent, we called her our “angel”… hope we’ll find someone again soon and hopefully the rest of you too.
