cofee- i am with you. our generation is different than the one before. they were more tough and able to handle “tough love”. for us we need encouragement and that’s what we are here for. to motivate. we are trying to keep things under control, but we don’t always succeed. our bodies are hard to understand. we don’t just give up, we are trying. we are watching what we eat. i think that you are doing great and keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!
