kepping your numbers good is the first part. once you have your carb ratio set then you can go down on the carbs and eat a little less.

dr. goldman is of the opinion that one should barely eat any carbs. i tried it for one day and gave up. however you do try not to overdo it on the carbs.

meaning: if you carb ratio is a little off the more you eat the bigger the difference in what your supposed to get.

so keep it up and DON’T GIVE UP!!!
