Gut voch, a happy week to you all! And happy cleaning 🙂
Hey Cofeefan, was that you in the mall with the broken foot????? JK!!!
Is your foot feeling any better? Managing to get around? i hope you do…it gets so annoying!
Allsgr8, hows the decision coming along? i really don’t know about the omnipod but i do know that having a wire is fine to hide!! I do it all the time, you can “wrap” it around the clip on the pump. The cgm sounds so much easier all on one machine… Whatever you decide, once you have made that decision there’s no going regretting it! i don’t think that either choice is a matter of right or wrong.. Both are right!!
About the magazine – allsgr8, the article had to be yours, after all how many people aren’t on a pump?? And you did mention that you were asked to write about ???. After that all i had to do was look for the same name… So who chose the name?? And again just for good measure – it’s written so well!!
I get the magazine via email, i prefer it like this. Perhaps if you get it posted it will take longer to arrive?
You are all right about INSULIN BEING A BLESSING. i ended up spending shabbos in hospital because my canula of my site was bent… i think i was without insulin for 21 hours!! As i was throwing up (vile no less..) before they actually gave me the insulin, i was practically begging them, “give me insulin!” So, yes, we are very lucky to be able to have insulin and to be able to take it without having two i.v lines in either arm!!
