princess- you sound much more positive about trying to get things under control. don’t give up.
driving was enjoyable but long. i usually don’t eat while i drive and so my numbers were pretty good. my kids were way out and i am now changing theis settings.
about the carb ratio and then cutting down- you firswt have to know how much your body needs per carb. if not every time you eat you will be out of control. so you first have to know your ratio and then you can eat acordingly. i myself hace two different carb ratios deppending on the time of day. also i have different basal settings also. you have to figure out your basal settings based on the time of day. i figure it out when i fast.
cofee- happy for you that the boot is coming off. do you plan on playing soccer tommorow. eat a lot before you do. 🙂
