Coffee! That’s great!! i just wish i could come with you, lol. Yes, swimming can make a massive difference to your numbers… if you’re gonna be doing this every day you should be able to figure out some sort of pattern sooner or later.. no? i usually make sure i’m high enough to not be low by the time the swim is over.. (before the pump i used to go out the pool half way to eat something.. did anyone ever do that too?!) i’ve found that i need to still bolus for food i’m eating after (i’ve been perfect ##s after .. although also had the times when still gone high..)

Here – monday they test a1c again, i’m just worried it hasn’t gone down much .. whatever, so long for now!! Lets keep praying!!
