What do you expect from a non-jew when we can’t control our own kinnah and feel the need to keep up with the Cohens? And yes, we as a commmunity may be paying for the actions of the rich in this case; not because of our religion, but because of the wealth of a few and stereotypes.

On that I agree with you 100%. I heard a meaning of “Pnu Lachem Tzafona” does not only literally mean to go North, but to turn into hiding, meaning not to flaunt our wealth.
