Rav Eibshitz actually says regarding this something very difficult, that this is why Chanuka is the Yom Tov of Torah SheBaal Peh. Hashem was telling us through the Nes that the oil of the Menorah MUST be Tahor, even though there is no Remez in Torah SheBKsav for such a thing. Very difficult to understand.
