Where are you? In Kansas, where the non-mechitza shul has a YCT rabbi? From what I gather, YCT graduates tend to be hired in non-denominational contexts (chaplaincy, teaching, Hillel, etc.), or by synagogues in out of town places where the Orthodox synagogue has mainly nonobservant members, or they’re taken on as rabbis in a handful of more progressive shuls (such as Kadimah Toras Moshe in Brighton, HIR, the shul in Potomac, etc.)
