You also significantly overstate the relevance of the UN (which no one in America really cares about) and certainly the GA (who would have done so already in the 70s if they thought it would have done anything).

My question mark at the end was “does this make sense”. Which country (besides for perhaps the PA) would accept an influx of Charaidim? They won’t even accept the refugees from South Sudan (which is a real Genocide!). And how does moving to the PA help the Charaidim over a real compromise?

Besides, I doubt the PA would take them either. They see the same results that happened in Israel, and does not have the resources to support them.
