Is there any way to make a kosher burger that is relatively healthy but delicious?
A customer today bought a frozen pizza crust made of cauliflower healthier than regular pizza crust i am certain but just as tasty I have my doubts.
How does that even work? Doesn’t it wilt?
Use lean meat or ground chicken or turkey.
No idea never saw it before.
I don’t like things that pretend to be other things.
Grind fresh kosher meat, season, bake or fry and enjoy!

Season how? Turmeric? Cinnamon? Fennel?
There actually is cinnamon in a chicken spice rub that I could use on a burger if I wanted to.
