Someone told my sister “I subbed your sister yesterday. I knew I could expect a smart kid. When I walked into class and saw this gorgeous blonde girl… I was shocked!” Hows that for a compliment?
Good job, Oh S!
Me: You’re fat and ugly.
Her: Thanks! You’re the first person to notice that I gained weight; I’ve been trying so hard.
Alternatively: Thanks! You’re the first person to treat me normally since (insert terrible thing here).
Alternatively: Thanks! I’m rubber you’re glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you.
Alternatively: Thanks! I let myself eat an ice cream sundae for each person who insults me (hurries off to ice cream store).

My mom was so thin and beautiful in her younger days. When she got older (and heavy)(but still beautiful) people would say to her, “what happened to you?” to which she would reply, “I was just filling In the wrinkles as they came in”

I can tell you how my day was brightened– just by seeing my wife and kids
My good word to everyone with no exceptions, is “Yom Yerusholayim Sameach”.
Just thinking back to this awesome moment when “har haBayis beYodeinu” was flashed accross the world today 46 years ago, still is emotional every single time I think back to that incredible moment of Nissim vNiflo’os that haShem bestowed upon us.
Given that today is the Johrzeit of Shmuel haNovie, makes it exceedingly probable that Shmuel haNovi had to have been an incredible Melitz Yosher to merit such an awesome event on his Johrzeit.
