something cute and not so hard?
do you have a costume?
make a theme
Hamantosh and an apple.
Scotland for a theme. A kilt for a costume and bottles of single malt and some butterscotch for shaloch manos will please everyone.
What about giving 2 simple foods to a few people and give everything else you would have otherwise spent to a worthy tzedokah (sorry, I had to throw this in here….but it is Halachically preferable to give less Mishloach Manos and more Matanos La’evyonim…)
hamantosh and an apple
Its not food but I would still prefer macintosh and an apple
give food…i know that every purim i get sick of all the nish people give me at some point…but i really appreciate it when people give actual food
My idea is to have attractive but SIMPLE packaging for the mishloach manot, instead of the crazy expensive packaging so many use to show how creative (and maybe wealthy?) they are.
Why?
1) Everybody already has enough fancy trays, coffee mugs, etc. and don’t even know what to do with all this stuff when Purim is over (and most of it goes in the garbage!)
2) The money you save on this ridiculous fluff could be used for the more important matanos l’evyonim.
