Put in your effort and daven that it should bear fruits. So our bracha is that after you put in your effort in your desire, it should bear fruits.

Yes, i did. But there were two issues in my life that i had wanted to see if I could somehow word them vaguely enough to ask for a brocha without revealing something to people here who know me. That tupe of headspace was not available yesterday until well after the sun set.Amen again! Thank you. And thanks for the reminder, i think the black cloud of the pandemic has dulled my ability to see sunshine everywhere. I really feel the difference and see myself feeling defeated more easily/more often. I appreciate the vaccine booster.

Everyone should be zoche to get the real coffee and strength directly from Hashem like we say every day “boruch hanosein layoeif coach” blessed is Hashem for giving each and every person strength daily to keep him alive and moving and that our strength doesn’t come from food and sleep or caffeine in the coffee but actually comes directly from Hashem.
