Does anybody have any ideas for clever or interesting sukkah decorations?
We once hung CDs from the Schach, and they reflected rainbows all around. You can also buy passul esrogim (50p each), and put ten of them on a string, and hang it up – they look nice and smell heavenly!!!
we always make something beautiful for Sukkos during the summertime when it’s quiet (like during the 3 weeks). This year my kids made Bruchim HaBo’im signs using their own imaginations

Some people do not hang anything on the schach since they hold nothing should be between you (eating) and the schach.

Yeah, and all your neighbors will appreciate that you attracted all the bees to your sukkah and away from theirs 🙂
I do know what I refrain from hanging up in the sukkoh those multi colored shiny long decorative stuff that if you look at the packaging carefully….you will see they are “christmas tree decorations” …………If you are going to buy them, make sure they are at least judaica .. from a jewish based company.
