1. The Vues used to be called The T.V. Vues.
2. They still publish the T.V. schedule.

Yes, I’ve heard that people go OTD from looking at a TV schedule. Even if they have no TV.
Aren’t the Vues the 5 Towns thing that Joseph is known to write op-eds for?
Of course I remember when it was TV Vues, Then as now I quickly flip through it one line Tuesday night just looking at the upcoming grocery sales. Torah Times, which started later and has many more ads, isn’t available on line. I dout that anyone looks at the TV schedule.
If you don’t have a TV , what’s the point?
It is put out by folks that have NO CLUE as to what’s going on in Flatbush. Although the neighborhood is turning more frum, they insist on TV schedules, sports “star” interviews, glorifying Medinas Yisroel and plagiarizing the letters sent in to this very Coffee Room.
They know enough that their pages are filled with ads week after week. Someone reads it, to justify selling ads.
Yes, there are ads, including a movie theater (FEH — TRAIF!).
When (and why) did they change their name to to the Jewish Vues?
