The forum of seven senior cabinet ministers met to discuss the imminent eviction of many residents of Beit El�s Ulpana neighborhood on May 1, 2012� in line with a High Court of Justice directive. The ministers are planning to have the government address the court, seeking an extension to permit ample time to find a solution that will not involve ousting families from their homes.

The prime minister is aware that carrying out an expulsion will result in the collapse of his coalition�as some ministers have already signaled this is a red line which may not be crossed.

Simultaneously, the forum of eight is working to find a solution to legalize a number of other communities which are on the list for removal, including Rechalim, Bruchin and Sansana.
