The engagement of a granddaughter of Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef Shlita, a child of his daughter Rivka, will be a memorable event for the kallah, the chosson and Rav Ovadia.

During the eirusin event the chosson, Ehud Cohen, received a ‘Tzav 8’ and the simcha was sped up to permit him to leave to meet with his reserve duty unit.

Ehud hurriedly got his clothing and necessary items together, received a bracha from Rav Ovadia, and headed out to southern Israel.
