Four NYPD officers are recovering after a frightening accident on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, WCBSTV reports.
The NYPD officers were reportedly responding to an assault call shortly after 2 a.m. Friday morning.
According to police, two cruisers collided with each other at 72nd Street and West End Avenue.
One of the officers reportedly had to be cut out of his car. The four officers were taken to St. Lukes Hospital with minor injuries.
The NYPD is investigating the crash.
