Suspect In Times Square Bomb Plot To Be Deported

An immigration judge is deporting one of the men arrested in connection to the Times Square Bomb plot.

Aftab Khan, 27, is being sent back to his native Pakistan.

He was one of three people taken into custody on May 13th. He was picked up in Massachusetts.

Authorities believe he supplied money to admitted bomber Faisal Shahzad.

Khan’s lawyer has said his client did not know Shahzad, but federal authorities say his name was found in Khan’s cell phone and on an envelope in his possession.

Details regarding the judge’s decision have not yet been released.
