MK Rabbi Uri Maklev Responds to Court Ruling About Beit Shemesh Elections

MaklevThe Jerusalem District Court on Thursday, 23 Teves 5774 ruled the Beit Shemesh elections were tainted, the result of election fraud. The court disqualified the outcome of the election and ordered new elections.

MK (Yahadut Hatorah) Rabbi Uri Maklev issued the following statement in response to the court’s decision.

“The ruling of the district court is precedent setting and without a legal basis, corrupt and racist.” Maklev accuses the court of ruling based on public opinion and that of the media, adding the decision lacks even “the minimum required measure of justice a court should possess. Courts in Egypt and Russia are more independent in their rulings as well as more transparent, based in justice of truth.

“Unfortunately we found this time that the court shamelessly lost its natural desire to display objectivity and honesty. In such a ruling there is no need to permit the court to be heard. It was sufficient to hear the hooligan incitement of the City of Beit Shemesh to deliver such words.”

  1. Shame !

A technique of the psychological war against those who are real jews

The is the First Revote in 65 years of the STATE!

    For example

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THIS (it was IMMEDIATELY HUSHED UP):

“In his press conference on Tuesday 16 Adar 5773, Bayit HaYehudi leader Naftali Bennett explained “unfortunately we are not immune” in addressing allegations of voter fraud in his party’s primary election race. Bennett has also been addressing the ongoing police investigation on his Facebook page.

The news of possible voter fraud involving veteran NRP MK Nissim Slomiansky seems to be snowballing, and Bayit Yehudi is in the midst of the election fraud storm. Bennett has admitted that during the primary election period he had suspicions of inappropriate activities, which led him to hire a private investigator. He adds that the issues were addressed and correct, and in his effort to exhibit an air of transparency, he added that “thousands of voter ballots were tossed” to make sure any ballot that was questionable was not counted.

Police seem to feel there is sufficient evidence to push the case against Slomiansky, who continues to maintain his innocence, expressing his commitment to cooperate with police in any way possible, confident of his innocence. Nevertheless, what has so many people baffled is the fact that Slomiansky, who presents the old guard National Religious Party was not only successful in landing a realistic slot on the party ticket, but he came in first place against many of the more popular newer generation MKs..”

    Unbelievable !

In every election during the years of and prior to the medina BAR NONE,there HAS been and is Fraud, going back at least to ’31,when Jabotinzky himself stood up and tore up his Zionist membership card in disgust at the Mapai’s machinations!

When Will they redo all those votes?!

The Marxist scoffing at law,and the policy of Power justify any means, has been part and parcel of the State atmosphere,

means that for decades vote tampering (by the Mizrachi) or worse by the Labor/Left was laudable as long as it remained hush

The war against the real religious is continuing forward particularly psychological.

We’re more than content to have had an immediate vote recount,if we could trust the those counting.
    We Don’t.
    Too much experience .

They(the slick sruga wearers more than anybody,of course, in connivance) preferred to build their psyche war to render more rish’us against the forces of the uncompromising religious!

I recall in one election, in Bat Yam alone 4 different arrests for vote tampering ,still did anyone feign a new claim for new election?!

While the Nuremberg Laws were against Jews in general, the State and Courts have special laws against charedim.

  2. All who loudly wondered how come the charedim were so afraid of going into the Opposition last year, now have their answer.

    The Resha’im control Shaba”k,The Courts,the Attorney General’s and State Prosecutor’s office,Control of the Purse,and of course the Media ,etc….
It was the only thing that stood between them and present Doomsday

  3. BarryLS1
if you are true Torah Jew
GO Ahead and Decry BAyit AiNO Yehudi and Lipman ym”sh
for what was passed this week

CAN ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFETIME COMPARE WITH IT?

  4. About Time, if you believe R’ Abutbul won fair and suare you should welcome the opportunity to prove it beyond a doubt and remove the stain of suspicion from the election results.

If you don’t believe he won fair and square and are still against a revote then all (if any) the torah you ever learned is clearly worthless.

Voter fraud in a party primary though regrettable and deplorable is far less relevant then fraud in general or local elections, the primary merely determines who the candidates on the list will be.

As far as what you say in comment 4 I would like to remind you that it’s the charedim who were so extremely negative to Bayit Yehudi all through the elections and completely unwilling to negotiate mutually acceptable solution to the draft issue which made it close to impossible to include them in a coalition.

  5. I cannot let “About Time” ‘s words in 5 go by without a “macho’oh”- a vigorous protest! To say about ANY jew ‘Ym”sh” is despicable and must the perpetrator must be brought to task. “Al achas kamah vekamah” to say this about a musmach of Ner Yisroel who can probably put you in his back pocket in learning. To top it off, you have the chutzpah to call him by his name without addressing him by his title. SHAME ON TYOU!

  6. Moderators PLEASE erase the comment wishing ymv”z to Dov Lipman. How horribly disgusting that anyone should write that of a fellow jew, no matter how much you disagree. What a disgrace!

  7. Please stop your whining and your martyr complex, the man cheated, a “frum” leader, instead of pointing the blame on everyone else, look at your community and say ” how did we fall do far?”

  8. @abouttime
By say yms about another Jew, I have no doubt you are erev rav, only by missing the midda of rachmin can you say that about a fellow Jew, and if your missing that mida……

  9. About Time, what kind of nonsense is that? I’ve been consistent on every post. I don’t make excuses for any bad behavior by anyone. If the topic was that issue, then I may comment, but it wasn’t. You can raise any issue to try to dismiss any post you don’t like. That’s itself is not honest.
