PHOTO: Zaka Member Sends His Message to the World Loud And Clear ABout Treating Terrorists Before Victims

zFollowing the fatal stabbing attack at Shar Yaffo on Wednesday 11 Teves, a Zaka member tweeted his message to make sure people know where he and his colleagues stand.

“To all who are inquiring – When I arrived at the attack scene today at Shar Yafo, I immediately began assisting the victims of the attack despite the fact the terrorist was in critical condition. I do not assist the terrorist Yemach Shemo!”

Just six day ago YWN reported that Zaka founder and Chief of Operations Yehuda Meshi-Zahav announced that he is not planning any change in the organization’s operational guidelines. He explains that Zaka volunteers will always continue to treat victims of a terror attack before turning their attention to the terrorists.

Meshi-Zahav was responding to an announcement by the Israel Medical Association, which states the organization representing Israel’s physicians has amended its 2008 guidelines and as of now, doctors are instructed to triage the scene of a terror attack and treat the most seriously wounded, even if that means the terrorists are treated before the victims.

  1. Could someone please explain to me why a volunteer organization like ZAKA should feel any compulsion or responsibility to allocate any resources at all, of staff or provisions, to provide any medical care whatsoever to the perpetrators of a terrorist attack, whether before or after caring for the victims?

  2. Good for them! All we could do to these noble volunteers is criticize! Shame on the stupid Israeli policy! I think that that’s only for the hating world opinion but in reality they all treat terrorists as junk not worthy of any mercy, as it should be!

  3. Good good! Let us not distort right from wrong for world opinion, which never changes anyway. The terrorist CHOSE to put himself in a situation where he knew he may get seriously injured or killed. The victims were simply walking down a Jerusalem street. Big difference. Besides for that the Pally is an animal on two feet while the victims are warm blooded human beings.

  4. so what happens when you have a jewish “terrorist” and an arab “victim” who do you treat first?
according to your feeling? according to halocho? according to world opinion?

  5. #5 – Good question. When such a situation ever happens then we’ll let you know. As for now, the Arab/Moslems still have a Monopoly on Terrorism!

  6. so not fair ! These terrorists work so hard. They put their lives in danger! And they just get snubbed like that? Zaka come on

  7. I truly don’t understand why we even have to say that, this is obvious. If it would be me I wouldn’t help the terrorist even if there are no any other victims.

  8. The Torah keeps us grounded so we know right from wrong and our brains don’t get muddled from the mud that is “progressiveness”, which is these days called ” liberalism”. So called “progressiveness” when it gets out of control is in reality the progressiveness of evil.

  9. On such people the talmud is very clear:מורידין ואין מעלין that means a murderer is not to be saved. this is a war and in a war you kill your enemy.
