Catskills Hatzolah has just placed all their units in the Ellenville area on “Emergency Mode”. There is serious flooding being reported throughout the area and , Route 209 is completely shut down. Camps and bungalow colonies are experiencing flooding, and some have begun to evacuate with the assistance of emergency personnel.
