5:40PM EST: Catskills Hatzolah is on the scene of a serious MVA involving an overturned vehicle – with victims heavily entrapped inside the vehicle.
The location of the accident is Route 209 near Clay Hill Road, in the town of Kerhonkson (Ulster County).
Numerous Hatzolah ambulances are on the scene, and additional Paramedics are responding as well.
A landing zone is being set up by the fire department for a chopper to airlift one patient. Additional choppers have been placed on standby.
UPDATE 6:10PM EST: One patient is being flown to a trauma center, and the rest are in serious but stable condition.
