Rav Malkiel Kotler shlita is scheduled to visit Montreal today, Nov 20 to address the 37th annual reception on behalf of Chinuch Atzmai. The community has “adopted “the Chinuch atzmai school in Chadera about 15 years ago when the Novominsker Rebbe Shlita and Rav Pam ZATZAL came to Montreal to celebrate the adoption. Boruch Hashem the school has seen tremendous growth over the years.
