A 58-year-old Frum Spring Valley woman was dragged across a parking lot after her coat got caught in a taxi door yesterday.
Hatzoloh Ambulance drove her to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla with with non life threatening injuries.
The driver was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was free on $150 bail. He is expected to appear in New Square village court on Dec. 13.
