An Arab shopkeeper was arrested on Shabbos morning for allegedly attacking and lightly wounding a Frum man who was on his way to the Kosel in the Old City. According to allegations, Arab passers-by joined the shopkeeper and attacked the man.
Video from police cameras affixed throughout the Old City reveal that the man suspected of attacking the man, provoked a number of Yidden who passed by. When the Frum man passed his shop, a skirmish broke out between the two. A few Arab passers-by who were nearby came to the aid of the shopkeeper.
The Frum man was transported to the hospital by Hatzolah Israel & MADA. The police also arrested a number of the Arab passers-by.
