According to the Jerusalem Post, Yerushalayim police have arrested an Arab youth on Friday morning following his attempt to detonate explosives in a bank in the capital. The youth walked into the bank in the Talpiot neighborhood and declared that he was carrying explosives in a bag. The bank tellers summoned the police, who were investigating the incident.
