im very sorry to inform you none2 but you cant make your own torah. there are halachos that define someone as a kofer and while i cant for sure you definitely appear to at least come very close to the line (although those halachos probably dont fit into real life, right?) and yes youre correct the torah does not allow you to “think for yourself” when diverge from it. korach, zimri, yeravam, menashe, the tzedukim, acher, the karaim, moses mendelssohn, stephen wise, and avi weiss all thought for themselves, please tell me why they were wrong
