Frugality is only hindered by having excess so if you go into the store having more money then you need to spend you will buy more freely. Cap the amount you let yourself spend and you will naturally be more frugal. Go to the dollar store to buy all household items but also only come in with a limited amount of money cuz you’ll end up spending too much.
