“Sugar: ((I’m advocating for brown sugar and molasses))When we participate in high-intensity or endurance exercise, our bodies also use glycogen, a stored form of glucose in the muscles and liver. Consuming sugar can help to replenish glycogen stores and delay fatigue during times of prolonged exercise.

Sugar can help to regulate mood
Sugar can also affect our mood by increasing the levels of serotonin and dopamine in our brain. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood and behaviour, and dopamine is often referred to as the “feel-good” neurotransmitter because it is associated with pleasure, reward, and motivation. The release of dopamine can create a temporary mood boost and enhance feelings of happiness and well-being. This is why many people turn to sugary foods (also called comfort food) as a form of emotional comfort during times of stress or sadness””
I’ve also heard sugar has vitamin B12 and other trace minerals. The point is this food has been villified by special instrestss that want to take the enjoyment out of eating. Also going off sugar is _unsustajnable_ it’s better to be realistic then not realistic and just change the _type_ of sugar. All the bad rap is for white sugar or _excdssive_ sugar intake. But sugar on its own is very good for you. If you want to continue to suffer your extreme mindset and instead of investigating the truth continue but a life without sugar is impossible. Try it it won’t work and also you’ll feel very depressed.
