    If I in full good faith send money for a Yeshua from a big Ruv based on his accompanying promises, guarantees, signed contracts, Rulings of a specially convened Bais Din, & Piskei Halacha issued and this Yeshua doesn’t materialize can I take this Ruv to a Bais Din & recover my money?

    please quote for us the exact lashon used in the “promises, guarantees, signed contracts.”
    usually there is an out.
    plus, Hashem always does what is best

    I actually had the same question many years ago,
    but trusted friends advised me to NOT sent any money, so I never did.

    My advice: Ask your local Beth Din, not the YWN Coffee Room.
