4:45PM: The FDNY is currently on the scene of a working fire on 15th Avenue and 39th Street. The fire started around 4:15PM at Worldwide Plumbing Showroom, located at 3920 15th Avenue between 39th Street and 40th Street. The FDNY requested that a second alarm be transmitted around 4:30PM.

There are no injuries reported, although Hatzolah and FDNY EMS are on scene standing by in case their services are needed.

Please avoid the area, as the streets are closed, and expect the smell of smoke in the neighborhood.
