The strings on jackets can also be a hazard when exiting a school bus. If a string c”v gets stuck in the closing doors of a school bus and the driver pulls away…!!!
No one should know of it.
This also applies to mittens which are attached to a child’s coat, not with clips, but with one long string which goes through both sleeves of the coat. Better to lose a mitten than to have to worry about such a possibility!
